Real Estate is not just my job; it is my career. "Career" is defined as one's primary vocation that requires special training and expertise for longterm success. I have done the 9-5:00 desk job and the reality is...I was never satisfied...never FULFILLED. Real Estate is where I wanted (needed) to be! The fact is, I only take on a limited amount of clients, many personal referrals, so I can provide the very best service possible. I do not boast having the most listings in the area. In fact, I would rather refer business to another agent than put myself in a position of having to explain why I failed you.

To be successful, this process requires KNOWING WHO THE BUYERS ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. It also entails ANALYZING DATA...past, present and, yes, future. And finally, it requires a complete understanding of YOUR GOALS and a clearly communicated PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.
