Real Estate is not just my job; it is my career.  "Career" is defined as one's primary vocation that requires special training and expertise for longterm success. I have done the 9-5:00 desk job and the reality is...I was never satisfied...never FULFILLED.  Real Estate is where I wanted (needed) to be! I now have the "career" of my dreams and I will be here for the long haul!


My promise to you is that you will never feel like a number, you will never feel like you are "inconveniencing me" when you need me after 8:00 p.m. or on Saturday or Sunday.  The fact is, I only take on a limited amount of clients, many personal referrals, so I can provide the very best service possible.  I do not boast having the most listings in the area.  In fact, I would rather refer business to another agent than put myself in a position of having to explain why I failed you.

From the first conversation we have to the point at the  closing table where I hand you the keys, you can be assured that I will handle the transaction with the utmost professionalism and dedication.

Having sold many houses myself, I know that it can be stressful for many reasons:  Will anyone like my house? Will I have to be getting out at the most inconvenient times and for months on end? Is it priced right? Will I get a RETURN ON MY INVESTMENT? There are just so many things to contemplate!  My job is to help you prepare your home so it shows in the highest possible light. I will develop a strategy consistent with the pulse of the market and sell your home in the lowest days on market and for the highest price.  To be successful, this process requires KNOWING WHO THE BUYERS ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. It also entails ANALYZING DATA...past, present and, yes, future. And finally, it requires a complete understanding of YOUR GOALS and a clearly communicated PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.
